Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible to return


If you are not satisfied with the items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.


In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:


  1. The order still contains all the right parts and components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product did.
  2. Normal product handling is clear, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important are cleaned thoroughly before the return process begins.
  4. The product is found to be defective immediately after receipt.
  5. We have the right to charge the customer .
  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if , the conditions are met, we will officially confirm the return within this period.


*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of their own.


How can I return my order?

We will contact you and provide you with the return address.

Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after questions. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
